- Your aim is to generate more profit, save costs, improve customer service, raise your profile. We work you to help make the most of the benefits of the internet in your business.
- You, as our customer, aren't just a number on a spreadsheet, you are an individual, your needs are not identical to those of our other clients.
- You don't want to be put on hold or in a queue when you call us. We're not a Bank, calls aren't "outsourced" to people whose first language isn't English. Your call is too important for that. On the other hand we are a small business. If we aren't immediately available, leave an answerphone message or email us and we will respond as soon as practicable.
- Every client is important to us. Being small gives us the ability to provide you with a personal service.
- You would probably prefer to deal with someone who's an expert in the Internet, not someone whose only aim is to make a sale. We don't employ pushy salespeople.
- You may have a friend or relative who "knows about the internet". That's fine, let them build your website. It may be fine, he may not get bored, may not hit a problem he can't solve, may not mind when you find fault. The money you save will come in handy when you need to employ a professional to fix the problems he causes. Make a note of our details in readiness!
- You are an expert in your business. We are experts in ours. We aim to work with you not just for you. If you clearly communicate to us what you do, what is most important to you, what your goals are, we can apply our expertise to your requirements.
- If we help you succeed you'll come back to us next time, and recommend colleagues to use us too so we aim to deliver what you need, not what we make the most money on.
- You want to stand out from the crowd, differentiate your business from your competitors so we don't have "one size fits all" solutions, we don't use standard templates. We recommend what we consider the best match for your needs.
- You don't want your site to look dated within a few months and so we don't focus on the latest fashion, fad or gimmick. On the other hand we do keep a critical eye open for any new developments that we believe confer genuine long-term benefit and which aren't so new they exclude some visitors from your web site.
- Usability. Your focus is on telling people about your products and services. Part of our job is to help make it easy for website visitors to find what they are looking for.
OK, so just a bit about us...
- Our focus is on your internet needs: web site, email handling (minimal spam), domain names, web hosting. We don't offer IT support. We don't provide telecomms services. We don't design for print. That's because we think companies that claim they can do everything make a poor job of everything. We choose to specialise and do it right.
- We have a slogan: "No Bull, we speak Yorkshire". Our aim is to "tell it how it is" we do our best to communicate effectively in language you can understand. That can be a challenge with some of the more complex technical issues, we believe there's no such thing as a stupid question so please ask! Ultimately we hope we can build your trust so when we say "this is what to do" rather than even try to understand all the subtleties you acknowledge that we are the professionals, we have the experience and knowledge, we're probably right!
- Any of our clients will confirm that we deliver on time, on budget, to specification. Once the bill is paid we're still there to answer questions, make changes and provide support. We want a long-term relationship, we are here to look after you.
