Over the years a few customers have left us and had internet work done for them by other organisations. At time of writing we still have web-sites for two businesses who told us they were getting new sites built elsewhere, one at a cost 3 times higher than we had quoted against the same tender. The development time for the replacement sites has been over 6 months in one case and over a year in the other and neither has gone-live yet.
